Event Registration Requests

This form is for event registration requests only. All other inquiries will be ignored. For all other questions please email info@heliconbrewing.com or fill out the form on our contact page.

PLEASE NOTE: This form will only enter the request into our system. We must make sure that the space is not already in use at the requested day and time. A confirmation email will be send if the space is available. Please do not assume the space will be available because the request was submitted. 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: It is generally not possible to reserve space on a Friday or Saturday. 

We will respond to event registration requests in the order they are received and as soon as possible although it may take more than a week. Please note that nothing is final until a confirmation email is received from the brewery.

Additional notes:

• There is room for approximately 50 people. It is not possible to accommodate larger parties.
• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. This is a major issue with and is strictly enforced by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB). Any outside alcohol of any kind brought inside the brewery will result in the immediate end of any event.
• It is not possible to purchase growlers or kegs for onsite consumption. This is another PLCB law that is enforced.
• Outside music is prohibited. There are complicated licensing rules for music played in commercial establishments.
• Well behaved and monitored children are welcome.
• Pets are welcome in the outdoor seating areas. Documented service animals are welcome inside at any time.
• Please do not decorate with glitter. We all agree it looks nice but it is quite painful to clean up.
